I am a Visual Communitcations student at Truman State University where the courses are always rigorous. My minors in painting and english help to set that stage for dream career which is to be a childrens book author and illustrator. I have a deep passion for the written word and I adore the sweet paring of word and images. People often ask my why my website is titled Marlee Carson. Marlee is the name that I have choosen to do my writting under. It is a combination of middle name, Marie, and my first last name, Lee. I've always found pen names rather interesting, so now I have one.
